(10)\n20-0283-S1\nCD 13\nGOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a\nlease agreement with 1910 Sunset (LA) L.P. for Los Angeles Housing\nDepartment (LAHD) office space located at 1910 Sunset\nBoulevard, Suite P2.\nRecommendation for Council action:\nAUTHORIZE the General Services Department to negotiate and\nexecute a new lease agreement with 1910 Sunset Blvd (LA) L.P. for\nLAHD office space at 1910 West Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles,\nCalifornia 90026, under the terms and conditions substantially as\noutlined in the September 26, 2025 Municipal Facilities Committee\n(MFC) report, attached to the Council file.\nFiscal Impact Statement: The MFC reports that there is no General\nFund impact. The office lease and parking cost of $46,149 for Fiscal\nYear 2025-26 will be funded by LAHD Special Funds through the Rent\nStabilization Fund - F440001 and Code Enforcement Fund F41M001. The landlord is responsible for all repairs, maintenance,\nutility, custodial, and security costs.
