AUTHORIZE the Space Assignment of City Hall East, Level P4, Room E116, to the Office of Finance as substantially outlined\nin\nthe\nSeptember\n26,\n2025\nMunicipal\nFacilities\nCommittee report, attached to the Council file.\n2. AUTHORIZE and TRANSFER up to $293,222 from Space\nOptimization Tenant Work Fund No. 298/40, Account No.\n40Y20L, to the Department of General Services, Department\n40, to fund Work Order J998010E for tenant improvements and\nelectrical work as follows:\na. Transfer $53,949 to Hiring Hall Construction Fund No.\n100/40, Account No. 1101.\nb. Transfer $23,121 to Benefits Hiring Hall Construction\nFund No.100/40, Account No. 1121.\nc. Transfer $216,152 to Construction Materials Fund No.\n100/40, Account No. 3180.\n3. AUTHORIZE AND TRANSFER a total of $2,420 from Space\nOptimization Tenant Work Fund No. 298/40, Account No.\n40Y20L, to the Information Technology Agency (ITA),\nDepartment 32, to fund CSR Demand DMND0010023 for data\nnetwork construction as follows:\na. Transfer $2,120 to ITA Salaries,\nNo. 100/32, Account No. 001090.\nOvertime\nFund\nb. Transfer $300 to ITA Communications Services, Fund No.\n100/32, Account No. 009350.\n4. AUTHORIZE and TRANSFER up to $17,000 from CTIEP Fund\nNo. 100/54, Account No. 00C793, to the General Services\nContractual Services Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 003040.\n5. AUTHORIZE the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to prepare\nController instructions or make any necessary technical\nadjustments, consistent with the Mayor and Council action in\nthis matter, upon submission of proper documentation; and,\nauthorize the Controller to implement these instructions.\nFiscal Impact Statement: The MFC reports that there is no additional\nGeneral Fund impact. Funding for this purpose is authorized as part\nof the Fiscal Year 2025-26 City budget under the Capital and\nTechnology Improvement Expenditure Program.
