7.2 AQUATIC CENTER POOL DECK SURFACE REHABILITATION\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve Agreement Documents, Specifications, and Plans for Aquatic Center Pool\nDeck Rehabilitation Project;\n2. Approve agreement in the amount of $252,371.40 with TrueLine Construction and\nSurfacing, Inc. for the Aquatic Center Pool Deck Surface Rehabilitation Project;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with TrueLine Construction\nand Surfacing, Inc.;\n4. Authorize City staff to make total compensation to TrueLine Construction and\nSurfacing, Inc. up to $252,371.40 plus $25,237.14 (10% of the agreement amount)\nto allow for contingencies, totaling 277,608.54; and\n5.
