18. Consideration of Proposals for the City's Tow Rotation List Program Beginning January 1, 2026\nand ending December 31, 2027\n1. Review the proposals from the Tow Operators and award two (2) year agreements to\nparticipate in the City's Tow Rotation Program; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the associated agreements.
