3.D.\nApproval of Agreement for Telephone System Upgrade and Migration to\nZoom UCaaS\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the agreement with Packet Fusion for the migration and\nimplementation of the Zoom UCaaS hosted platform, including the\nprocurement of associated licenses and hardware;\n2. Authorize an annual change order of up to ten percent (10%) of the\ncontract value to accommodate licensing adjustments and service\nneeds; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to\ncomplete the migration.
