9.D. Vision Zero Action Plan\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services agreement with\nKimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, for the\npreparation of Vision Zero Action Plan in an amount not to exceed $957,140; and\n2. Authorizing the Director of Public Works to approve Change orders and contingency\nup to $95,714 (10%) of the contract amount, for a total project cost of $1,052,854;\nand\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
