D.\nAPPROVAL OF VERNOLA RANCH TRACT MAP 38504-1 FOR SINGLE\nFAMILY RESIDENCE and CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES LOCATED east\nof Interstate 15 (I-15), west of Pats Ranch Road, south of Bellegrave Avenue,\nand north of Limonite Avenue INCLUDING ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS\nOF DEDICATION, APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENTS, AND\nACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS\nRequested Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. That the City Council approve Tract Map 38504-1 and Authorize the Mayor to\napprove and accept dedications as follows:\na. The easements for street and public utility purposes over all of Lot “A, B,\nC, D, E, F, G, H, I”; and\nb. The easement for Storm Drain purposes over Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15; and\nc. The easement for Public Purposes Abutters Rights of Access.\n2. Approve and authorize the Mayor to execute the Subdivision Agreements; and\n3.
