P. 84 5. SUBJECT: RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION – COUNTY LINE ROAD MOBILE\nSOURCE AIR POLLUTION REDUCTION REVIEW COMMITTEE (MSRC) GRANT\nFUNDED PROJECT\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1. Approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Pacific Crystal Investment, LLC, (APNs\n0319-235-40 & 0321-235-41) for the acquisition of a 633 square foot permanent\neasement for right of way purposes and the construction of the County Line Road\nMSRC Grant Funded Project for an amount not to exceed $18,800; and\n2. Approve an expenditure up to the amount of $3,000 for closing costs associated with\nthe proposed purchase and sale agreement and the amount of $2,300 for right of way\nacquisition coordination/staff time for a total cost in the amount of $24,100 for the\nacquisition of the permanent right-of-way easement; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the necessary documents to\ncomplete the acquisition process.\n04102023
