I.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONTRACT SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 25B056\nWITH R&R B INC., DBA SERVPRO OF PALM SPRINGS, AND AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO\nAGREEMENT NO. 25B057 WITH DESERT VALLEY RESTORATION, INC. FOR ONCALL GENERAL EMERGENCY RESTORATION AND REMEDIATION SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 25B056 with R&R B, Inc., dba Servpro\nof Palm Springs, to provide on-call general emergency restoration and remediation\nservices for the Public Works department for an additional amount of $375,000 and\nfor a total revised contract amount not to exceed $975,000 through March 16, 2028,\nwith two one-year extension options at the City’s sole discretion; and\n2 Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 25B057 with Desert Valley Restoration,\nInc., to provide on-call general emergency restoration and remediation services for\nthe Public Works department for an additional amount of $250,000 and for a revised\ncontract amount not to exceed $650,000 through March 16, 2028, with two one-year\nextension options at the City’s sole discretion; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
