Waive full reading of and adopt Ordinance No. 1266 titled “An Ordinance of the City\nCouncil of the City of Brea Establishing Standards and Procedures for Creating Economic\nDevelopment Programs and Incentives", and Adding Title 17 “Economic Development” to\nthe Brea City Code. There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
