12.\nApproval of Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for Administrative Services with the\nCalifornia Choice Energy Authority (CalChoice)\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for Administrative Services\n(Amendment) with CalChoice; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Amendment and related\ndocuments with CalChoice, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
