(9)\n25-1192\nCD 12\nMOTION (LEE - NAZARIAN) relative to funding for the efforts,\noperations and expenses of various organizations and schools in\nCouncil District 12.\nRecommendations for Council action:\n1. RESOLVE that a total of $117,000.00 in the Sunshine Canyon\nCommunity Amenities Trust Fund No. 699/14 be allocated and\nappropriated for any aspect of the efforts, operations and\nexpenses of the following organizations and schools:\na. $10,000 for Granada Hills Community Foundation\nb. $7,000 for Granada Hills Rotary\nc. $25,000 for Friends of Van Gogh\nd. $25,000 for Granada Hills Woman’s Club\ne. $25,000 for Northridge Woman’s Club\nf. $25,000 for Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Foundation\n2. DIRECT the City Clerk to prepare and process the necessary\ndocument(s) with, and/or payment(s) to, the aforementioned\norganizations and schools or any other agency or organization,\nas appropriate, in the above amounts, from the above source,\nand for the above purposes, subject to the approval of the City\nAttorney as to form, if needed; and, that if needed, the\nCouncilmember of the Twelfth District be authorized to execute\nany such documents on behalf of the City.\n3. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any technical corrections or\nclarifications to the above fund transfer instructions in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion.
