28. CONSIDER AWARDING AND APPROVING A CONTRACT TO LIGHTHOUSE 4KIDS, INC., TO PROVIDE\nZERO-COST, GRANT-BASED MEAL AND SNACK SERVICES FOR SUMMER AND AFTERSCHOOL\nPROGRAMS, AND THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION PROGRAM (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AWARD a Contract Services Agreement to Lighthouse 4Kids, Inc. to provide zero-cost\ngrant-based meal and snack services for free lunches and snacks to children participating in\nKids Club, Summer Day Camp, 3-in-1 Enrichment and Early Childhood Education programs for\nan initial three-year term of December 4, 2025 through December 3, 2028 plus two additional\none-year options ("Agreement"); and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement, following approval as to form by the\nCity Attorney.
