(14)\n25-1194\nMOTION (RODRIGUEZ - SOTO-MARTINEZ) relative to funding for the\nimplementation of the Black Thumb Farm garden project in the Mission\nHills - Panorama City - North Hills REPAIR Zone.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. AUTHORIZE $387,000 of the total available grant from Fund\nNo. 64T, L.A. REPAIR Innovation Fund, Account No. 15V200,\nProject Costs for the Mission Hills - Panorama City - North Hills\nREPAIR Zone to be utilized by Black Thumb Farm; and the\nexecution of the grant agreement contract administered by the\nCivil + Human Rights and Equity Department (CHRED), for the\ndesign and delivery of an urban farm / garden in the Mission\nHills - Panorama City - North Hills REPAIR Zone, as well as\nrelated outreach and programming of the space.\n2. AUTHORIZE the CHRED to make any corrections, clarifications\nor revisions to the above instructions, including any new\ninstructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and\nincluding any corrections and changes to fund or account\nnumbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be\nmade orally, electronically or by any other means.
