(11)\n14-1174-S53\nCD 2\nMOTION (NAZARIAN - HUTT) relative to amending the Council\nactions of August 30, 2019 and July 1, 2025, Council file No. (CF) 141174-S3, for the transfer of Community Redevelopment Agency of Los\nAngeles (CRA/LA) Excess Non-Housing Bonds Proceeds (EBP) to the\nBureau of Street Services for the Lankershim Plaza Improvements\nProject (Project).\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. AMEND the Council actions of August 30, 2019 and July 1,\n2025, relative to utilizing CRA/LA EBP for the Project within the\nNorth Hollywood Redevelopment Project Area (CF 14-1174S53) to include the following additional instruction in as much as\na transfer of funds in the amount of $13,000 in EBP funds from\nthe Economic and Workforce Development Department\n(EWDD) to the Bureau of Street Services is needed for\nadditional Project-related costs:\n1. AUTHORIZE the Controller to appropriate and transfer as\nfollows:\nTransfer from:\nFund No. 57D/22, CRA/LA Excess Non-Housing Bond\nProceeds\nAccount No. 22S9KN, North Hollywood Tax-Exempt;\nAmount: $13,000\nTotal: $13,000\nTransfer to:\nFund No. 100/86, Bureau of Street Services\nAppropriation No. 001010, Salaries General; Amount:\n$2,000\nAppropriation No. 003030, Contractual Expenses;\nAmount: $11,000\nTotal: $13,000\n2. AUTHORIZE the EWDD, as the administrator of the CRA/LA\nEBP Program, to take all actions necessary to document and\neffectuate the changes in the budgets noted above, and prepare\nController instructions to transfer funds related to this matter,\nmake any technical corrections necessary consistent with the\nCouncil action; and, AUTHORIZE the Controller to implement\nthese instructions.
