31. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO FCG CONSULTANTS INC. AGREEMENT TO\nPROVIDE ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES TO\nTHE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 3 with FCG Consultants Inc. for On-Call Construction\nManagement and Inspection Services increasing the contract sum by $150,000 for a total\ncontract sum of $1,287,635 and extending the contract term one year until June 30, 2027; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute contract Amendment No. 3 with FCG Consultants Inc.\nfollowing approval as to form by the City Attorney.
