PROVIDE the public, in accordance with Section 7910 of the\nGovernment Code, the opportunity to review the attached\ndocumentation, attached to the City Administrative Officer\n(CAO) report dated August 28, 2025, attached to Council file\nNo. 25-0600-S45, for at least 15 days before adopting an\nappropriations limit for 2025-26.\n2. ADOPT the following factors to calculate the appropriations limit\nfor 2025-26:\na. Population Percent Change – City: 0.44 percent\nb. California per capita income change: 6.44 percent\n3. ADOPT $9,235,505,368 as the appropriations limit for 2025-26.\nFiscal Impact Statement: The CAO reports that there is no fiscal\nimpact in adopting the recommendations in the report.
