33.\nTUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2025\nSun Valley Watershed Management Plan, Rory M. Shaw Wetlands Park\nProject and Sun Valley Watershed Upper Storm Drain System Project\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the County Flood Control\nDistrict (District), certify that the 2025 Addendum to the Program Environmental\nImpact Report (EIR), prepared by the County as the lead agency, to the\npreviously certified 2004 Final Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR), for\nthe Sun Valley Watershed Management Plan, which was completed in\ncompliance with the California Environmental Quality Act and reflects the\nindependent judgment and analysis of the District. Find that the Board has\nreviewed and considered the information contained within the 2025 Addendum\nto the Program EIR, together with the previously certified 2004 Program EIR,\nand the previously adopted 2013 and 2020 Addendum to the 2004 Program\nEIR. Approve the 2025 Addendum to the 2004 Program EIR for the proposed\nRory M. Shaw Wetlands Park Project and Sun Valley Watershed Upper Storm\nDrain System Project (Projects) (3).
