41.\nSettlement of the Matter Entitled, Baker Electric & Renewables LLC v.\nCannonDesign Builders, Inc., et al.\nLos Angeles County Claims Board's recommendation: Authorize settlement of\nthe related matters entitled, Baker Electric & Renewables LLC v. CannonDesign\nBuilders, Inc., et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case Nos. 22STCV22691 and\n24STCV07116, in the amount of $3,200,000; and instruct the Auditor-Controller\nto draw a warrant to implement this settlement from the Chief Executive Office's\nbudget on behalf of all Departments involved, including the Departments of\nHealth Services, Public Health, Mental Health, and Children and Family\nServices.\nThese breach of contract lawsuits seek compensation for delay-related\ndamages resulting in additional costs.
