CC 9. Award of Contract to Sky JTC Corporation (dba Sky Painting) in the Amount of\n$53,371.80 for the the Miscellaneous Facilities Painting Project\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement between the City of Covina\nand Sky JTC Corporation for the Miscellaneous Painting Project; and\n2.\nAuthorize a project contingency amount of $5,000 (approximately 10%) for any\nunforeseen circumstances.
