11. \nRecommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute a contract, and any necessary documents including any necessary\nsubsequent amendments, with Prudential Overall Supply (Prudential), of Carson,\nCA, for providing uniform rental and laundering, shop towels, and other related\nservices on an as-needed basis, on the same terms and conditions afforded to the\nCounty of Orange, in an annual amount of $400,000, authorize a 10 percent\ncontingency in the amount of $40,000, for a total annual contract amount not to\nexceed $440,000, until the County of Orange contract expires on August 31, 2026,\nwith the option to renew for as long as the County of Orange contract is in effect, at\nthe discretion of the City Manager.
