Allocating Unallocated FY 25-26 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)\nFunds to the "Residential Rehabilitation Program", “Downtown Neighborhood Business\nWorkforce Augmentation Program”, and “Microenterprise Co-Work Scholarship Program”\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Adopt Resolution CC 2025-113 , Authorizing and Increase to the FY 25-26\nCommunity Development Block Grant for the "Residential Rehabilitation Program"\nProject D96164-25, “Downtown Neighborhood Business Workforce Augmentation\nProgram” Project 602621-25, and “Microenterprise Co-Work Scholarship Program”\nProject 602620-24, and Amending the FY 2025-2026 Community Development\nBudget to reflect these changes; and\n2.\nAuthorize the City Manager or his designee to execute documents related to the FY\n2025-2026 CDBG funds.
