13. \nRecommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all\ndocuments necessary to amend Contract No. 36994 with PGAL, Inc., of Houston,\nTX, for planning and design engineering services for the Passenger Concourse\nEnhancements Project at the Long Beach Airport, to increase the contract amount\nby $850,000, for a revised contract amount not to exceed $3,124,970; and\nIncrease appropriations in the Airport Fund Group in the Airport Department by\n$850,000, offset by Airport grant revenues and Airport funds available.
