P. 120 6. SUBJECT: ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2023-08, ORDERING THE\nSUMMARY VACATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-08, approving and ordering the vacation of a portion\nof public right of way adjacent to Oak Glen Road; and\n2. Determine that the vacation of a portion of right of way is categorically exempt from\nthe requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant\nto Class 1, Section 15301(c); and\n3. Determine that the Project (Case No. 21-026) does not require any additional\nenvironmental review pursuant to Section 15162(a) of the California Environmental\nQuality Act of 1970 and the CEQA Guidelines, as amended.
