Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section\n15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines;\n2. Introduce for first reading the attached ordinance to adopt the 2025\nCalifornia Building Standards Code and certain specified appendices\nthereof, including local amendments, and repealing and replacing\nsection 8.50.030(a) to require verification of a public sewer connection\nand making findings of local climatic, geological and topographical\nconditions, as required; and\n3.
