F.\nApproving and Authorizing Amendment 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC for Services Related to the\nImplementation of Senate Bill 1383 (Organic Waste) and Contracting\nAssistance with the City’s Waste Hauler - That the City Council adopt\nResolution 7703: 1. Approving Amendment 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC, dated June 10, 2024, extending the\nterm of the Agreement through and including December 31, 2026, and\napproving an increase in compensation of $25,000 for a revised total contract\nnot-to-exceed amount of $140,000; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City\nManager to execute Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement\nwith HF&H Consultants, LLC on behalf of the City.
