J.\nAwarding and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the On-Call\nProfessional Services Agreement with Superior Pavement Markings,\nLLC for Pavement Marking Maintenance Services - That the City Council\nadopt Resolution 7709: 1. Approving and authorizing the City Manager to\nexecute an On-Call Professional Services Agreement (Agreement) with\n\nSuperior Pavement Markings, LLC, for the original term of three (3) years in\nthe not-to-exceed amount of $150,000, to provide pavement marking\nmaintenance services; and, 2. Authorizing the City Manager the option to\nextend the Agreement for up to two (2) additional one-year terms for a not-toexceed amount of $50,000 per additional term; and, 3. Rejecting all other\nproposals.
