I.\nAwarding and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Professional\nMaintenance Services Agreements with Arizona Pipeline Company and\nPaveWest, LLC for On-Call Emergency and Unexpected Task Pavement\nMaintenance and Repair Services - That the City Council adopt Resolution\n7708: 1. Approving and awarding a professional services agreement with\nArizona Pipeline Company, for an original term of three (3) years in the not-toexceed amount of $400,000 to provide On-Call Emergency and Unexpected\nTask Pavement Maintenance and Repair Services; and, 2. Approving and\nawarding a professional services agreement with PaveWest, LLC, for an\noriginal term of three (3) years in the not-to-exceed amount of $400,000 to\nprovide On-Call Emergency and Unexpected Task Pavement Maintenance\nand Repair Services; and, 3. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to\nexecute the Agreements; and, 4. Authorizing the City Manager the option to\nextend any or all of the Agreements up to two (2) additional one-year terms\nafter its original term for a not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 per additional\nterm; and, 5. Rejecting all other proposals.
