6.1 Third Public Hearing to Consider Composition of Districts for Continuing the\nProcess to Transition to By-District Elections\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Receive and file districting public participation presentation prepared by the\nCity’s retained expert demographer National Demographics Corporation\nand\n2. Conduct the Third Public Hearing necessary for continuing the process to\ntransition to by-district elections, review and consider input regarding the\ncomposition of districts from interested members of the public, review\ndistricting process to date, review draft maps, and provide further direction\nto City staff.
