3.10 AWARD OF A CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT CONTRACT\nAMENDMENT AND CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER FOR THE JEFFREY\nOPEN SPACE TRAIL (JOST)/I-5 BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE\nPROJECT (CIP 341502)\nACTION:\n1) Approve and authorize the Mayor to execute a contract amendment to the\nprofessional services contract with T. Y. Lin International in the amount of\n$1,062,000 for additional construction management services during\nconstruction for the JOST/I-5 Bicycle and Pedestrian Bridge Project, CIP\n341502.\n2) Approve and authorize the Director of Public Works and Sustainability to\nexecute a contract change order in the amount of $3,750,000 to Guy F.\nAtkinson for the construction of the Jeffrey Open Space Trail (JOST)\nExtension Project.\n3) Approve a budget adjustment appropriating $4,812,000 M2 Fairshare\nFunds to the JOST/I-5 Bicycle and Pedestrian Bridge Project, CIP 341502.
