8.\nAWARD OF CONTRACT TO PRECISION CONCRETE CUTTING FOR\nCITYWIDE SIDEWALK SLICING\nRecommendations:\n(a) Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with\nSouthern California Precision Concrete, Inc., dba Precision Concrete\nCutting, in the amount of $200,000, for sidewalk trip hazard removal,\nassessment and maintenance services; and\n(b) Find that the award of contract is categorically exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act under Section 15301.
