14.\nMeasure M Funding Agreement MM5507.17 Between the City of\nHawthorne and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to Design\nStreet Improvements for the Van Ness Improvement Project and\nAppropriation of $200,000 from the General Fund Balance for this\nProject.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council accept the grant and approve and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the Funding Agreement and all\nfuture amendments and appropriate $200,000 from the General Fund\nbalance to Account Number 291-5502-XXX-40014 for the project to\ndesign street improvements for the Van Ness Improvement Project.
