D. Approval of First Modification to Agreement #11255 with MentorAPM, LLC for Asset Collection and\nManagement Services\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of categorical exemption pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3) of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a first modification to agreement\n#11255 (CCS) in the amount of $250,000 with MentorAPM, LLC for asset collection and\nmanagement services for the Public Works Department. This will result in a five-year\namended agreement with a new total amount not to exceed $1,013,000, with future year\nfunding contingent on Council budget approval.\na.
