MOAH Chiller Replacement Project Notice of Completion\nRecommendation(s):\nAccept the work completed by ACCO Engineered Systems, for the MOAH Chiller\nReplacement Project and direct the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the\nproject.\nThe proposed project included replacing the outdated, irreparable chiller for the HVAC\nsystem at the Museum of Art and History (MOAH). This replacement successfully protected\nthe numerous artistic assets housed at this facility as the temperature can now be properly\nregulated.
