Recommended Action: Adopt Ordinance No. 1207.\n7.\nAPPROVAL\nAGREEMENT WITH FAIRBANK, MASLIN, MAULIN, METZ &\nASSOCIATES (FM3) TO CONDUCT COMMUNITY SURVEYS\nFOR PROPOSED REVENUE ENHANCEMENT MEASURES ON\nTHE JUNE AND NOVEMBER 2026 BALLOTS\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve the reallocation of savings from\nthe Hay Tree Acquisition project within CIP Fund 112 in the amount\nof $60,500 to cover this project cost; and 2) Approve the draft\nagreement with Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz & Associates (FM3)\nin an amount not to exceed $60,500 to conduct two community\nsurveys for the City’s exploration of revenue generating ballot\ninitiatives, and authorize the City Manager to make additional minor\nedits to the draft agreement until it is finalized in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney.
