D.\nApprove Professional Design Services Agreement for Garvey Park Improvements\nProject As part of the City’s Fiscal Year 2025–2026 Capital Improvement Program,\nfunds were allocated for multiple improvements at Garvey Park. These\nimprovements include playground design services, picnic shelter and restroom\nroof replacements, youth center interior renovations, and parking lot\nreconstruction. On July 15, 2025, the City published a Request for Proposals for\ndesign services and received nine proposals.
