A.\nAppointment to San Gabriel Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District The City\nreceived notice that the City’s delegate, Mayor Pro Tem Sandra Armenta, term of\noffice to the Board of Trustees for the San Gabriel Valley Mosquito and Vector\nControl District ends on December 31, 2025. Mayor Pro Tem Sandra Armenta has\nexpressed an interest in continuing to serve as the City of Rosemead’s\nrepresentative. The Board of Trustees is respectively requesting that the City\nCouncil appoint a representative to the Board prior to its January 9, 2026,\nmeeting.\nRecommendation: That the City Council appoint a representative from the City of\nRosemead to the Board of Trustees for the San Gabriel Valley Mosquito and Vector\nControl District for a two-year term.\nStaff Report
