B.\nAdoption of Ordinance No. 1973 (Second Reading),\napproving Master Case No. 25-0047 and Municipal Code\nAmendment No. 25-0008: Fontana Municipal Code\namendments to Chapter 30 to modify multiple sections of\nthe Zoning and Development Code\n25-0615\nConduct a second reading by title only and adopt Ordinance No. 1973,\napproving Master Case No. 25-0047 and Municipal Code Amendment No.\n25-0008 to amend Chapters 26, 30 (Zoning and Development Code) and 33\nof the Fontana Municipal Code, including modifications to the restaurant\ndefinition and operating standards, temporary use permits for temporary\noffices, development standards for the R-4 zone and overlay, administrative\nprocedures for administrative site plan and design review entitlements,\ntentative parcel map and tentative tract map time extensions and curbside\ndelivery for cannabis retail storefronts.
