Approve a contract with Active Education to provide and deliver the\nSoccer & Multi-Sports Program for the Fontana Expanded Learning\nProgram at elementary and middle school sites.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to sign the agreement, all related\ndocuments, and any amendments for the term of the agreement.
