M.\nApprove a Contract with EBK & Company LLC to provide\nthe\nUS\nEngineering\nLeague,\nMechanical\n25-0593\nEngineering/Robotics Club for the Fontana Expanded\nLearning Program’s Middle School sites.\n1. Approve the Non-Competitive Proposal purchase under the Purchasing\nPolicies 3.1.5 for Single Source/Sole Source method.\n2. Approve a contract with EBK & Company LLC to provide and deliver the\nUS Engineering League, Mechanical Engineering/Robotics Club for the\nFontana Expanded Learning Program at ASES/ELO-P Funded Middle\nSchool sites.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to sign the agreement, all related\ndocuments, and any amendments for the term of the agreement.
