8.\nShores Park Master Plan Ad-Hoc Advisory Committee Appointments\nRecommended Action: The City Council liaisons to the Shores Park Master Plan\nAd-Hoc Advisory Committee recommend the City Council: 1) Adopt a Resolution\n(Attachment A) amending the Shores Park Master Plan Ad-Hoc Advisory\nCommittee’s charter to increase the membership size from seven to nine\nmembers; and 2) Appoint the following individuals to serve on the committee\neffective November 3, 2025:\nNovember 3, 2025\na) Saniya Bloomer; Alessandra Franco; Will Holliday; Joe Sullivan; Larry\nBrooks; and Judd Halenza as resident voting members;\nb) Lynn Gaylord as a resident voting member from the Parks and Recreation\nCommittee;\nc) Kim Kanetis as an ex-officio non-voting member representing the Winston\nSchool; and\nd) Thomas Neuman as an ex-officio non-voting member representing the\nusers of the Del Mar Community Building.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 401-5
