6H. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STANTON, CALIFORNIA\nAPPROVING SUBDIVISION PARCEL MAP NO. 2017-160\nThe subdivision parcel map for the development of two (2) single-family residential\ndwelling units for condominium purposes for the property located at 10572 Lexington\nStreet has been submitted by the developer for final certification and recordation.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare this project categorically exempt under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act, Class 32, and Section 15332 (In-Fill Development); and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-06 approving final Parcel Map No. 2017-160, entitled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STANTON,\nCALIFORNIA, APPROVING SUBDIVISION PARCEL MAP NO. 2017-160\nFOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10572 LEXINGTON AVENUE”;\nand\n3. Find that the recordation of Parcel Map No. 2017-160 will not be in violation of any of\nthe provisions of Section 66474, 66474.1, and 66474.2 of the Subdivision Map Act;\nand\n4. Find that the proposed subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and\nimprovement, is consistent with the general plan required by Article 5 (commencing\nwith Section 65300) of Chapter 3 of Division 1 of the Government Code, or any\nspecific plan adopted pursuant to Article 8 (commencing with Section 65450) of\nChapter 3 of Division 1 of the Government Code; and\n5. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Parcel\nMap No. 2017-160; and\n6. Direct the City Engineer to review and approve any further technical edits necessary\nto allow for County Surveyor approval and for recordation of the map with the\nCounty Recorder of Orange County, and if edits are necessary, to require a revised\nParcel Map; and\n7. Direct the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the map of the Parcel Map, the\ncertificate which embodies the approval of said map, and submit the map to the\nCounty Recorder of Orange County for recording.\nEND OF CONSENT CALENDAR\nApril 11, 2023
