C. 2026 CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE\nThe City Council is scheduled to meet regularly on the first and third Tuesdays\nof each month. At the end of each year, the City Council schedules the meetings\nfor the year ahead. There will be nominal savings in staff time and utility costs\nfor cancelled meetings.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve the 2026 City Council meeting\nschedule as outlined in the staff report.
