ADOPT the report of the Director, Bureau of Street Lighting,\ndated September 24, 2025, attached to the Council file.\n2. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE OF\nINTENTION setting the date of January 13, 2026 as the hearing\ndate for the maintenance of the New Hampshire Avenue and\nFountain Avenue No. 1 Street Lighting District, in accordance\nwith Proposition 218, Articles XIIIC and XIIID of the California\nConstitution and Government Code Section 53753.​\nFiscal Impact Statement: The Bureau of Street Lighting reports that if\nadopted, $381.06 will be collected annually starting with tax year\n2025-26 that will go into a dedicated street lighting maintenance\nassessment account for the use in the operation and maintenance of\nthis street lighting system.​\n(Board of Public Works Hearing Date: January 7, 2026)
