12. Second Amendment to the Employment Agreement for Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Services, Jerry M. Hill\n\nRecommended Action:\n\n(1) Conduct an oral report and provide a summary of the recommendation regarding the Second Amendment to the Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Services Employment Agreement with Jerry Hill, as per Government Code Section 54953(c)(3).\n\n(2) Adopt Resolution 26-XX, which approves the Second Amendment to the Employment Agreement with Jerry Hill as Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Services for the City of Mission Viejo.\n\n(3) Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
