PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE OF\nINTENTION setting the date of January 13, 2026 as the hearing\ndate for the maintenance of the Mission Road and Jesse Street\nNo.1 Lighting District, in accordance with Proposition 218,\nArticles XIIIC and XIIID of the California Constitution and\nGovernment Code Section 53753.​\nFiscal Impact Statement: The Bureau of Street Lighting reports that if\nadopted, $3,498.29 will be collected annually starting with tax year\n2025-26 that will go into a dedicated street lighting maintenance\nassessment account for the use in the operation and maintenance of\nthis street lighting system.​\n(Board of Public Works Hearing Date: January 7, 2026)
