9.\nRESOLUTION NO. 25-51 BUDGET AMENDMENT – ON-CALL CITYWIDE GRANT MANAGEMENT\nSERVICES, ENGINEERS REPORT NO. 25-24\nStaff recommend City Council\na. adopt Resolution No. 25-51, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nNORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025/26 ADOPTED\nBUDGET TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR ON-CALL CITYWIDE GRANT MANAGEMENT\nSERVICES, in the amount of $50,000; and\nb. approve agreements with Advanced Avant-Garde Corporation, Southstar Engineering & Consulting,\nInc., and Blais & Associates, LLC to provide on-call grant management services for a term of three\nyears from the date of execution, in an amount not-to-exceed $150,000 annually; and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the agreements, as well as any extensions or amendments, provided there\nis funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in\na form approved by the City Attorney.\nAPPOINTMENTS
