22.\nRESIDENTIAL CONCRETE IMPROVEMENTS 2025-2026 – AUTHORIZATION TO\nADVERTISE FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve adding the Residential Concrete Improvements 2025-2026 project to the\nCapital Improvement Plan; and\n2) Appropriate $485,000 from the Utility Users Tax (UUT) Capital Improvement Plan\nFund to the Residential Concrete Improvements 2025-2026; and\n3) Approve the Plans & Specifications; and\n4) Authorize the City Engineer to advertise for construction bids; and\n5) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Exemption for the subject project with\nthe Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; and\n6) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
