25.\nLANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AMENDMENT NO. 4 – EXTEND\nCURRENT CONTRACT FOR 90 DAYS TO TERMINATE ON JANUARY 31, 2026\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement with Merchant’s Landscape, Inc.\nextending the contract for 90 days to terminate January 31, 2026, for an additional\nnot-to-exceed fee $306,018.60; and\n2) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
