18.\nMEASURE R FUNDING AGREEMENT NO. MR315.41 WITH LOS ANGELES\nCOUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY – AMENDMENT\nNO. 4 (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 4 to Funding Agreement No. MR315.41 with the Los\nAngeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) for the Valley\nView Avenue and Alondra Avenue Intersection Improvement Project; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4; and\n3) Take such additional related action that may be desirable.
